Feature and Follow Friday #3

This weekly meme is hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee. It is a great way to make new blogger friends whilst promoting your blog! If you want to join in then head over to there blog for more details!

This weeks questions:
Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you've read and loved?

Okay so this one should be obvious right? But i actually found it hard to find a cover i didn't like, i just love them all and if the book is good then it normally improves my judgment of the cover anyway.

But in the end i did find one and that is:
The UK cover of Angel (Angel Burn in the US) By L.A Weatherly
I really don't like this cover..i love the background and the font but then theres the girl and if i am honest she looks pretty damn creepy and scary. So when i saw the US cover i was pretty annoyed because that is infact gorgeous.

What about you? Put a link below so i can check out what you think!

  1. I'm a bit afraid. It looks a lot like an adult horror novel. The US cover manages to look beautiful and badass at the same time. Old Follower.

  7. I don't like this cover either- I probably would have just put the book in my mental "do not read" list had I seen it. I don't usually like faces on covers. I especially don't like when people have odd facial expressions on books.

Following you through GFC. My FF

  17. Hey, I chose a UK cover, too! Usually I prefer the US covers, because I think there''s more going on in those and sometimes they reflect the stories better. There are some examples, though, where I like the UK covers better (a lot of Sarah Dessen books).
